Current Initiatives<br />
• Focus on developing a course for MS Project for Project<br />
Managers<br />
– Ensure consistency in using <strong>the</strong> tool<br />
– Prepare us for eventual implementation <strong>of</strong> a P<strong>PM</strong> solution<br />
– Work on this has been started by <strong>the</strong> <strong>PM</strong> Focus Group<br />
• Plan regular workshops for <strong>PM</strong>’s in areas that are still<br />
pain points such as:<br />
– VA Process<br />
– Firewall Rules/Change Requests<br />
– Code Reviews<br />
– Transition/Handover process

• Consult with <strong>PM</strong>’s through <strong>the</strong> <strong>PM</strong> Focus Group<br />
