does not exist, use the adult charge code, mark the ticket as juvenile, and designate the proper juvenile court
session. Use "JV" for any offense with a maximum fine of $298 (which includes penalty assessments and
court costs) or less. Use "JJ" for any offense with a maximum fine over $298.
