Please use these specific juvenile charge codes for juvenile <strong>of</strong>fenses. If a designated juvenile charge code<br />
does not exist, use the adult charge code, mark the ticket as juvenile, and designate the proper juvenile court<br />
session. Use "JV" for any <strong>of</strong>fense with a maximum fine <strong>of</strong> $298 (which includes penalty assessments and<br />
court costs) or less. Use "JJ" for any <strong>of</strong>fense with a maximum fine over $298.<br />
