PIVAL LOGISTICS CENTRE
Phase 1 of the Oshawa Logistics Centre is Nearing Completion
Pival International is moving full steam ahead
to completing the construction of a 360,000
square foot Oshawa Logistics Centre.
The logistics centre will represent an
investment of over $40 million and will
coincide with the production of the new
Chevrolet Camaro at GM’s Oshawa plant.
“This will be Pival’s new flagship facility and
we are convinced that this is only the
beginning of a long and prosperous future in
Oshawa,” said company President Mario La
Barbera.
Pival’s investment will create hundreds of jobs
and generate millions in revenues. With long
term deals already in place, the Oshawa
Logistics Centre will be a permanent fixture
in the city, helping to grow the local
economy.
The logistics centre will be built in two
phases, with the first to be occupied in
August 2007 and the second slated for
completion in early 2009.
The City of Oshawa officially welcomed Pival International to the city in September 2006 at Pival’s announcement of a new

Hopewell Development Corporation is building Oshawa’s newest industrial complex. Located on Thornton Road South just across from Pival
International’s Logistic Centre and adjacent to Automodular it is strategically located for new business. The new development will consist of two
buildings each approximately 112,000 square feet in size and can be divisible into 22,000 square foot units or greater. The buildings will be
available in April 2008.
