Test scores will be returned in 6‐8 weeks. Please plan accordingly.
ACT Residual Test
1) Visit www.owens.edu/testing
2) Click on “ACT Testing”
3) To pay online, click “Make test payment with
credit/debit card or eCheck”.
4) Choose test date. Pay attention to “fee payment
deadline”.
5) The current test fee is $40 and must be paid by
the fee deadline. Test fees are subject to change.
ATTENTION: If you miss the fee deadline and still want
to test, call the Testing Services office for availability at
(567) 661‐8378. If seats are available, you will be
permitted to test after the $40 test fee and additional
$40 late fee have been paid. This can be paid up until
48 hours before the test date.
The ACT Residual scores are valid for use only at
Owens Community College. (Scores will not be
released on an OCC transcript or in any other form
to another school.)
ACT Residual tests are offered at Owens Community
College Toledo and Findlay Campuses. Check‐in
before 8 am with your photo ID. Testing begins
promptly at 8 a.m. Test concludes around
12:00/12:30 p.m.
Students unable to test on their scheduled day must
contact Testing Services by the end of the business
day on the day of the test to avoid having to repay
to test. Test can only be rescheduled for another
test date falling within 5 months of original test
date.
If the student does not call before the close of
business on that date of his/her scheduled test, $40
must be paid to reschedule for a new test date.
Test fees are non‐refundable and non‐removable
from Ozone account once applied.

ACT National Test

2) Print out your registration ticket and bring it to
the test on test day along with your photo ID.
Students who require accommodations must complete their applications 60 days prior to test date.

ACT National scores will be sent to 4 colleges of
your choice.
These scores are valid at colleges and universities
that use ACT testing services for admissions and
placement purposes.
Advanced registration and a fee are required to
take the ACT National test. Fees vary depending on
your test options.
All ACT National tests are offered on Saturdays at
the Toledo and Findlay Campuses. Test check‐in
begins at 8 a.m. with the test concluding at
approximately 12:00/12:30 p.m. depending upon
test option selected. The test will start once all
students have been checked in. All testers are to be
in line at 8 a.m. for check‐in.
Toledo Campus ACT testers should report to the
Audio Visual Classroom Center (AVCC) lobby.
Findlay Campus ACT testers should report to the
Atrium.

ACT Prep Class

for information on the ACT Prep Class.
Get ready for the ACT test. Take control! This course
will give you the skills to attack your ACT with
confidence. You’ll gain eight hours of instruction by
certified teachers in the five areas of the ACT ‐
English, Math, Reading, Science Reasoning and
Writing ‐ along with test‐taking strategies to help
you when you don’t know the correct answer.
Bring to class two sharpened #2 pencils, a
calculator, and paper.

in the ACT.
You need not be an OCC student to register.
