MATERIALS A Yarn Needle. TENSION/GAUGE 1 flower motif block measures 20 cms/8 ins x 20 cms/8 ins, using 5.50mm (US I/9), (UK 5) <strong>Crochet</strong> Hook. Note - Correct tension/gauge is essential for a successful item. ABBREVIATIONS Note - Instructions have been given in UK/ Australian terminology. St/s - stitch/es, RS - right side, WS - wrong side, ch - chain, dc - double crochet (US single crochet), tr - treble (US - double crochet), sl st - slip stitch, rep - repeat, beg - begin/ ning, sp/s - space/s, htr - half treble (US half double crochet), hdtr - half double treble (US half treble). HELPFUL NOTE Motifs are worked in the round. When working 4th <strong>and</strong> 6th rounds, work ch loops behind petals of previous rounds.
