Commission a study on the precise boundaries and leasing arrangements of The Phoenix Park institutions and residences. Seek to ensure that The Phoenix Park management are consulted on all State and other developments in the vicinity of the Park. Monitor and, where appropriate, make submissions in respect of development proposals in the vicinity of the Park that could affect its setting and/or amenity. Carry out preliminary scoping study towards inclusion of The Phoenix Park on Ireland’s tentative list of World Heritage Sites.
