3.1.3 All TEP members signed the standard form indicating they had no<br />
conflict <strong>of</strong> interest to declare and that they would keep the tender<br />
information confidential.<br />
3.2 <strong>Tender</strong>s received and <strong>Evaluation</strong><br />
3.2.1 Details <strong>of</strong> the tenders received are shown in Table 2 below.<br />

3.2.2 The one tender submitted was prepared in conformance with the<br />
specifications and contract conditions and has been referred to the TEP<br />
for their review and evaluation. In this instance, the TEP decided not to<br />
interview tenderers given that there was only one tenderer, and that they<br />
are the current contractor for the service.<br />
3.2.3 The TEP decided it would not score the Transition Plan criteria as<br />
Nationwide Towing & Transport Pty Ltd is Council’s current service<br />
provider for this service.<br />
3.2.4 The following total scores were agreed against the evaluation criteria<br />
detailed in Table 3 below.<br />

3.2.5 The final weighted score which takes into account all <strong>of</strong> the evaluation<br />
criteria (excepting Transition Plan), including price, has been used to<br />
determine the recommended contractor that Council should engage for<br />
the delivery <strong>of</strong> its Towing <strong>of</strong> Obstructing Vehicles and Vehicles from<br />
Clearways service over the five (5) years. The following factors have<br />
been taken into account in scoring the tender against the agreed criteria.<br />
3.2.6 Price<br />
Nationwide Towing & Transport Pty Ltd has been assigned the<br />
maximum possible score as it was the only tender submitted.<br />
