rate, 3d Australian internal airmail, 6d Karachi to London airmail plus 1d late fee]. <strong>No</strong> Reserve.<br />

1933 WA Railways OHMS airmail cover to Port Hedland with extraordinary franking of 3d Air Type A<br />

perf 'OS' L-strip of 3 - a single is catalogued at $400 on cover - and 6d Air overprinted 'OS' pair all tied<br />

by Perth cds, the adhesives are particularly well centred, a minor tear at lower-right barely detracts. A<br />

rare and desirable cover. [The vendor paid $750 at our auction of 9/3/2002].{Page 32.3}<br />

1934 (Sep 27) registered to England "per RMS Majola" with Perf 11½ Victoria Centenary 1/- & KGV 2d<br />

tied by 'REGISTERED/SYDNEY' cds. [The rate was 3d Australian internal airmail, 2d Perth to Karachi<br />

surface rate, 6d Karachi to London airmail plus 3d registration]<br />

1935 (May 28) airmail to Germany with 2/- Jubilee (Cat $400 on cover) and KGV 1d tied by Sydney<br />

slogan cancel paying the 2/1d fee for "additional air transport" via Greece (b/s).<br />
