Specifications
The selection of the components has been made under the same strict guidelines than for the
frame construction; looking for the best performance and reliability without compromising the
final weight. For MY07 we will find two new models: the Plunder as a first price model and the
Plunder R as a high end model.
We would like to emphasize the choice of Marzocchi forks with the new 66 with 180mm travel
and also a new customized 1.5’’steerer tube. That way, we achieve the perfect balance between
rear and front, offering the same touch, initial feeling and progressivity.
FOX DHX's 3.0 and 5.0 rear shox are also very important as they are fully part of the design of
the cinematic system. DHX's are packed with high-end technologies, easy to use for the end
consumer though and enable you to get the ultimate setup in each situation.
The other components are at the same level too: Shimano Saint transmission, Formula Oro
205/185mm brakes, new FSA crankset with dual Gravity ring, Sun Ringle full wheel kit, Fizi:k
Freek saddle and new Mondraker CNC components that will surprise you with their innovative
design and aesthetic.
Price of the new Plunder will be CHF 4390 and CHF 5390 for his big brother Plunder R. These
new models will replace the Level family within the '07 Mondraker range. However, a unique
Level model will be kept as first price model for FR initiation at CHF 2999.-; that should be the
choice for the youngest riders.
