Creativity<br />
By its very nature, science is creative. The need to think of things that don’t exist is simply a<br />
part of the job. The ability to think creatively and be comfortable forming ideas that have no<br />
specific roadmap is an important characteristic to reinforce. As a result, <strong>Promega</strong> has a long<br />
history of supporting creativity within the company and surrounding community.<br />
Established Creative Venues. <strong>Promega</strong> supports numerous cultural venues in the community<br />
such as the Madison Contemporary Art Museum and the American Player’s Theatre (APT.)<br />
Specifically with the nationally recognized APT,<br />
<strong>Promega</strong> supports the education program of this<br />
Shakespearean theater that travels to schools<br />
around the state bringing new experiences from<br />
theater to thousands of students.<br />
We are also proud to announce sponsorship of the<br />
Overture Center for the Arts in 2012. Overture Center<br />
for the Arts is a venue in the heart of Madison’s thriving<br />
cultural arts district presenting more than 200 performances,<br />
art exhibitions, and educational and community events each year.<br />
