Acetal Low Friction<br />
Rex LF ® is a mixture of acetal based resins.<br />
Improves mechanical characteristics and<br />
guarantees longer life in heavy duty<br />
conditions.<br />
Operating temperatures:<br />
in air (- 40°C a + 80°C)<br />
in hot water (+ 65°C)<br />
Inflammability: 94 HB.<br />
Colour: LF (brown), WLF (white).<br />
WRB<br />
Wear resistant resin<br />
To be used in abrasive environments (casting,<br />
machined steel components, sand, glass,<br />
sugar).<br />
It offers a wear life 5 times longer than acetal<br />
resin.<br />
The mechanical characteristics are similar to<br />
those of acetal resin.<br />
The chain is not suitable to be used in wet<br />
environments. Must use oil lubricants.<br />
Operating temperatures:<br />
in air (- 5°C a + 100°C)<br />
Inflammability: 94 HB.<br />
Colour: black.<br />

WPP<br />
Reinforced polypropylene<br />
chemical agents resistant<br />
Offers a mechanical resistance 20% higher<br />
than ordinary PP polypropylene.<br />
Has a higher dimensional stability (the chain<br />
flatness characteristics are enhanced).<br />
Operating temperatures:<br />
in air (+ 5°C a + 115°C)<br />
in hot water (+ 115°C)<br />
Inflammability 94 HB.<br />
Colour: white<br />
It is recommended to always consult Rexnord<br />
prior to selection and design.<br />
Wear resistant resin<br />
Exclusive material with aramid fibers.<br />
Abrasion resistant chain in WX material.<br />
Five times longer wear life compared to WRB<br />
chains. Lower coefficient of friction compared<br />
to WRB chains.<br />
Dry running recommended.<br />
Operating temperatures:<br />
in air (+110 °C)<br />
Inflammability: 94 HB.<br />
Colour: light green.<br />
PC<br />
Polycarbonate<br />
Highly resistant to impact and to high<br />
temperatures.<br />
Maintains its rigidity and other mechanical<br />
characteristics up to 130°C.<br />

in air (+130 °C)<br />
Inflammability: 94 V-2.<br />
