From our response to the QF32 incident to the risks posed by
volcanic ash disruptions, we never compromise on the highest
standards of safety. A safety-first culture across the Group
ensures that risks are identified and addressed swiftly and
decisively. We invest millions of dollars in training to ensure that
when incidents do occur our people react calmly under pressure.
