REGINA, Saskatchewan. ____________________________________________________________ MINISTERS’ ORDERS/ARRÊTÉS MINISTÉRIELS ________ The Cities Act [sections 43, 44 and 51] ________ ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES — CITY OF SASKATOON AND THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CORMAN PARK NO. 344 1 Pursuant to section 43 of The Cities Act, the Council of the City of Saskatoon has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the Minister of Government Relations in the form prescribed by the Minister together with: (a) a map showing the proposed alteration of boundaries which involves withdrawing territory from the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 and adding it to the City of Saskatoon; (b) a certified copy of a resolution of the Council of the City of Saskatoon requesting the proposed alteration; and (c) a certified copy of a complementary resolution of the Council of the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 affected by the proposed alteration. 2 Therefore, as it is considered desirable to alter the boundaries of the City of Saskatoon, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 43, 44 and 51 of The Cities Act that: (a) the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 and the City of Saskatoon be altered by withdrawing from the Rural Municipality and adding to the City the territory described in Schedule A; (b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundaries of the City of Saskatoon; and (c) the alteration shall take effect on and from the first day of January, 2005.
