enhance communication.<br />

accordance with the scale <strong>of</strong> the recovery effort<br />

using organisational policies <strong>and</strong> protocols.<br />

○○ negotiate further resources from neighbouring<br />

CDEM Groups or Central Government (Group<br />

○○ negotiate further resources from CDEM Group<br />
