The bad behaviour of the Don aided by his servant
Leporello have all the girls looking for him. In the first
scene he kills the father of one of his conquests and
then leaves the body as he chases another girl. The
philandering catches up with him and the figure of
the father he killed summons Don Giovanni to have
supper with him in hell. He does, but in this production
he continues his philandering there.

The forest entices the hungry brother and sister
searching for food. They come across a gingerbread
house and the temptation is too great. It has dire consequences
as the witch enjoys her captives. Eventually
the witch gets a taste of her own culinary methods and
the children are reunited with their parents.
