Hors d’Oeuvres Buffet with Bar Service<br />
You and your guests enjoy a selection of hot and cold hors d’oeuvres served buffet style and bar service.<br />
Booked by the hour, this reception is for a minimum of 16 up to a maximum of 50 guests.<br />
This reception package includes:<br />
$32* per person per hour<br />
Bar Service: Call brands with mixers, house wine, beer, soft drinks and juice<br />
Hors d’Oeuvres: Choose either the assorted or vegetarian selections (12 pieces per person will be provided).<br />
These options may not be combined.<br />
Option 1: Assorted Hors d’Oeuvres<br />
Hot: Grilled sesame shrimp, sweet & sour chicken,<br />
meatballs, duck terrine with mousseline,<br />
miniature quiche, vegetable pot stickers<br />
Cold: Chilled shrimp with cocktail sauce, tomato<br />
and mozzarella crostini, smoked salmon tartare with<br />
capers<br />
Option 2: Vegetarian Hors d’Oeuvres<br />
Hot: Spiced corn fritters, spinach and cheese<br />
turnover, mushroom tarts, vegetable potstickers,<br />
savory scone with roasted zucchini<br />
Cold: Sun-dried tomato pesto crostini,<br />
grilled vegetables and hummus, tomato and<br />
mozzarella crostini<br />
