1. The trust should work to improve, monitor and ensure
that environmental cleaning is carried out effectively,
that patient equipment is fit for purpose and that the
environment is in a good state of repair.

High cleaning is carried out by Estates
services on rolling basis
Damaged fixtures and fittings should be
reported to the Estate Services Action
Desk for repair.
A rolling maintenance programme is in
place.
