4 years from surgery, provided there<br />
are no complic<strong>at</strong>ions.<br />
Refusal or revoc<strong>at</strong>ion until lesion is<br />
completely removed or abl<strong>at</strong>ed and 10<br />
years seizure free from last definitive<br />
tre<strong>at</strong>ment.<br />
(b)<br />
OTHER TREATMENT<br />
(Embolis<strong>at</strong>ion or stereotactic<br />
radiotherapy)<br />
Cease driving until s<strong>at</strong>isfac<strong>to</strong>ry<br />
recovery. 1, 2 or 3 year licence with<br />

Refusal or revoc<strong>at</strong>ion until complete<br />
radiological abl<strong>at</strong>ion of the lesion and <strong>at</strong><br />
least 10 years seizure free from last<br />
definitive tre<strong>at</strong>ment with no debarring<br />
residual impairment likely <strong>to</strong> affect safe<br />
driving.<br />

One month off driving. When<br />
clinical recovery is s<strong>at</strong>isfac<strong>to</strong>ry, 1, 2<br />
or 3-year licence issued initially.<br />

ventricular shunt or extra-venricular<br />
drain.<br />
6 months off . Can then be relicensed<br />
when there is no debarring<br />
residual impairment likely <strong>to</strong> affect<br />
safe driving.<br />
