The Resource Center is now offering the Divorce
Starter Kit for San Bernardino County. With this
Starter Kit, your forms are personalized to you,
providing you with the opportunity to concentrate on
writing the details of your particular case.
How it works: you can click on the link at the
bottom of this page which will take you to the Law
Help Interactive page for the Starter Kit. (You can
create an account if you wish to save your answers or
you can proceed as a guest.)
After answering simple questions about yourself
and your needs, you will have the opportunity to print
out all the forms you need PLUS instructions. After
you print, you will need to complete the rest of your
forms by hand in black ink.
If you bring your completed forms in to the
Resource Center, we can review them with you and

answer your questions. If you don’t need that
assistance, you can file your papers at the proper
courthouse and start the process.
