Ralf Bohle <br />
Ralf Bohle created a small trading house that<br />
first imported bicycle tires into Germany in 1973<br />
and he susbsequnetly decided to fully concentrate<br />
in this business. This was the beginning of<br />
the <strong>Schwalbe</strong> brand. Quality and a partnership<br />
with specialist bicycle dealers was the guiding<br />
principle. Everything that can be found in this<br />
catalog and everything that the <strong>Schwalbe</strong> brand<br />
stands for today is based on his achievements,<br />
ideas and farsightedness.<br />
After a long illness, in 2010 Ralf Bohle was taken<br />
from us. His inspiration will continue to inspire<br />
and help us develop his lifelong work.<br />
