Commissioned to paint a grand family portrait, Landseer<br />

begins a lusty affair with his subject the Duchess of Bedford.<br />

Tormented by the pressures of commissions and the<br />

forbidden affair, a mental breakdown in the artist ensues and<br />

so begins his spiraling descent into madness.

represents the wealth of talent and quality<br />

of filmmaking in the country. Featuring<br />

fiction, documentary and animated films,<br />

many of these titles have already enjoyed<br />

success while others are ripe for discovery.<br />

and promote the screen industries in<br />
