OUTER & INNER REAR VIEW MIRRORS<br />

In the 'LOCK' position, the rear window switches become<br />

inoperative. However the rear windows can be operated by the<br />

switches on the console. Illumination on rear window switches<br />

goes off in locked position. Press down the lock button to unlock.<br />

Individual window winding switches have been provided only on<br />

the rear doors.<br />

Outer Rear view mirrors<br />

The rear view mirror is fitted on the driver’s door from the outside.<br />

It can be adjusted to the desired positions by hand. In few versions<br />

it can be adjusted by the lever provided inside the door. The mirror<br />

can be folded backwards for convenience when the vehicle is to be<br />

driven through narrow passages. In few versions, the same rear<br />

view mirror is also provided on co-driver’s door.<br />

WARNING<br />

While raising the glass take care to avoid fingers/hands getting<br />

trapped between the glass and the frame. Severe personal<br />

injury could result.<br />

Sun Visors<br />

Inner Rear view mirror<br />

The rear view mirror is also fitted inside the cab between sun visors.<br />

In few versions an additional adjustable anti-glare rear view mirror<br />

is provided inside the cab. Provision has been made for two<br />

positions.<br />

Sun visors<br />

Two adjustable sun visors are provided inside the cab to prevent<br />

sun glare.<br />

Lower the sun visors to protect the eyes from bright sunlight. The<br />

sun visors also moves sideways towards the door.<br />

A vanity mirror has been provided on the co-driver’s sun visor.<br />

Use anti-glare position only if necessary as it reduces the rear view<br />

clarity considerably.<br />
