Name of the Materials:-
Electrical Materials.
Instruction to the bidders:- The tender shall be received in two parts in
two separate sealed envelops.
Part-I :- Tecno-Commercial Bid.
Part-II:- Price Bid.
Two envelops should be sealed in another envelope super scribing
“Tender for supply of Electrical Materials” due on 25.112009 up to
3.30 P.M. with complete address of the tenderer. The tender should be
addressed to Regional Manager, OMC Ltd., Barbil Dist-Keonjhar, Orissa.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-
1) Tenderer should enclose photocopy of VAT/TIN Registration
Certificate or CST as applicable.
2) Photo copy of the certificate in-respect of manufacturer/
authorized dealership / stockist /Registered supplier.
3) The cost of tender paper Rs. 500/- +VAT 4% and EMD of
Rs.2500.00 (Rupees two thousand five hundred) only which
should be deposited separately in shape of Demand Draft in
favour of OMC Ltd., drawn on any Nationalised Bank payable at
Barbil. The tender without cost of tender paper & EMD shall be
rejected. EMD of the unsuccessful bidder shall be refunded
within 30 days of finalization of tender without any interest and
the EMD of successful bidder shall be released within 30 days
after completion of supply as per the purchase order and after
settlement of payment. In case of failure to supply the materials
as per the P.O. the EMD shall be forfeited. Exemption for deposit
of EMD shall be allowed to the vendors if, permitted by Govt. and
subject to submission of the documentary evidence with the
tender.
4) All materials should be supplied by the tenderer strictly as per
our specifications. Make should be indicated against each item if,
specified on the product.
5) The tenderer should quote the rates on FOR Regional Office,
Barbil.
