Back at our lab we put it through
some torture to see how well it
holds up. We had in our hands
the size 3000 reel (PURII3000) the
smallest in its stable with a max
drag rating of 10lb of which is fair
for a saltwater reel. The reel drag
remained smooth up to almost
9lb.
