th time the CAD/CAM & Computerized Dentistry<br />
International Conference organized by Emirates <strong>Dental</strong> Association and the<br />
Centre for Advanced Professional Practices (CAPP). The annual conference<br />
was a great success and achieved record attendance further establishing<br />
their reputation as the industry’s leading CAD/CAM Scientific Conference.<br />
Dr. Amin Hussain Al Amiri MSc, PhD. CEO Medical Practice and Licence,<br />
Chairman of Supreme National Blood Transfusion Committee and Dr. Afaf<br />
Sayed Ja’afar Acting Director of CME Department opened the conference.<br />
An exceptional attendance with 480 participants from 17 different<br />
countries and different specialties met in Dubai to discuss the challenges in<br />
computerized dentistry. The two day conference was chaired by Dr. Munir<br />
Silwadi, scientific coordinator of the conference and Dr. Dina Debaybo,<br />
from Boston University.<br />
International experts took the opportunity to present their point of view Dr. Mollova, Miss Sfeir & Miss Anna<br />
concerning the topic - Zirconias are NOT all the Same! The<br />
panel members - researchers, experienced clinicians, the top Dr. Tardieu & Dr. Benoit<br />
industrial players in dentistry, and academicians provided to the<br />
audience a substantial amount of information focused on the<br />
topic. This unique forum gave opportunities for all attendees to<br />
discuss about the topic and share their experience and ideas.<br />

conference to contribute for the developing of this advanced<br />
technologies. The product display place taking place during the<br />
conference days was designed to showcase the sponsor’s CAD/<br />
