Peter of Largo, Fla., Mary Ellen Piarulli<br />
and her husband Vincent of Oxford, Patricia<br />
Ludovico and her husband William of<br />
Webster and Frances Buccini and her husband<br />
Michael of Webster; one brother, Robert<br />
Cronin and his wife Patricia of Worcester,<br />
one sister, Catherine Callan of Maine; 12<br />
grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a<br />
son-in-law, George Duplisea of Grafton.<br />

J. Dennehy, Jr., 86, of<br />
Webster, died Monday,<br />
July 9, 2012 at home surrounded<br />
by his family.<br />
He leaves his wife of 54<br />
years, Loretta M. “Lori”<br />
(Ryan) Dennehy; two<br />
sons, William J. Dennehy,<br />
III and his wife Rae of<br />
Eugene, OR, and Michael<br />
J. Dennehy and his wife<br />
Sharon of Ashland, VA; a daughter, Cathleen<br />
A. Kotarba and her husband John of Webster;<br />
a brother, Charles H. Dennehy and his wife<br />
Doris of Nashua, NH; a sister, Margaret Coyle<br />
and her husband Jim of Waterville, NY; 17<br />
grandchildren; nephews and nieces.<br />
He was born in South Ozone Park, Long<br />
Island, NY, the son of William J. Dennehy, Sr.<br />
and Margaret (Sterling) Dennehy. He was<br />
raised in Jersey City, NJ. He later lived in<br />
Norwich, NY before moving to Shrewsbury in<br />
1977 and then to Webster in 1991.<br />
He graduated from St. Peter’s College<br />
Preparatory School in Jersey City in 1943. He<br />
later earned his Associate Degree in<br />
Production Management from Utica (NY)<br />
College in 1966.<br />
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and<br />
served in the South Pacific. He was part of<br />
the amphibious forces that saw action at<br />
Kerma, Rehtto and Okinawa.<br />
Mr. Dennehy first worked as a junior engineer<br />
for Bell Telephone Labs in Summit, NJ<br />
from 1947 to 1957. He then was the assistant<br />

She was predeceased by a daughter,<br />
Kathleen Duplisea of Grafton.<br />
Mary was born in Boston, daughter of the<br />
late Michael and Julia (Connors) Cronin and<br />
lived in Worcester before moving to Webster<br />
in 1980.<br />
She retired from UMASS Hospital, where<br />
she worked in the housekeeping department.<br />
She was a devoted wife and enjoyed spending<br />
time with her family.<br />
Mary’s Funeral was held Wednesday, July<br />
11, from the Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48<br />
School St., Webster followed by a Mass in<br />
Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Webster.<br />
Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery.<br />

New England States. He retired in 1991.<br />
He was an active member of the Church of<br />
the Reconciliation where he served on the<br />
vestry for many years and was also the<br />
church treasurer for 5 years. He led adult education<br />
classes and served both as a lector and<br />
Eucharistic minister. He was a former member<br />
of the Diocesan Congregational<br />
Development Commission. He was a former<br />
member of Trinity Episcopal Church in<br />
Shrewsbury.<br />
He enjoyed building models, sailing and<br />
was an avid reader.<br />
The funeral will be held Tuesday, July 17, at<br />
11 a.m. in the Church of the Reconciliation, 5<br />
North Main St. Entombment will be in the<br />
columbarium at St. Joseph Garden of Peace.<br />
The Webster-Dudley Veterans Council will<br />
perform the military honors at the cemetery.<br />
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m.<br />
Monday, July 16, in the Sitkowski & Malboeuf<br />
Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster.<br />

“Cliff” Mathieu, 94, died<br />
peacefully July 5, 2012 surrounded<br />
by his family at<br />
Matulaitis Nursing Home.<br />
He was predeceased by<br />
his loving wife of 37 years,<br />
Emily Helen (Ryznal) who<br />
passed away in 1978. May<br />
Pepere rest in peace and spend forever with<br />
his angel Emily.<br />
He leaves his wife of 24 years, Exilda<br />
“Babe” Robitaille Mathieu; a daughter, Carol<br />
Labonte and her husband Paul of North Fort<br />
Myers, Fla.; a son, Ronald Mathieu and his<br />
wife Marilyn of Webster; three grandchildren,<br />
Michelle Lavallee and her friend Cheryl<br />
of Auburn, Michael Lavallee and his wife<br />
Kelly of Fort Mill, S.C. and Richard Mathieu<br />
and his wife Anna of North Grosvenordale,<br />
Conn.; three great-grandchildren, Abigail,<br />
KK and Tia Lavallee of Fort Mill, S.C. and<br />
many nieces and nephews.<br />
He was born in Oxford, the son of the late<br />
Hermidas and Odina (Richards) Mathieu.<br />
He was predeceased by four brothers,<br />
Edmond, Elzear, Homer and Leon and three<br />
sisters, Rose, Ida and Loretta.<br />
In high school Richard (Cliff) was on the<br />
track team.<br />
He worked in a grocery store for 4 years and<br />
then owned and operated a small grocery<br />
store on Lake Street for 11 years. He and his<br />
family also ran the concession stand for 1<br />
year at Webster Memorial Beach. From 1956<br />
to 1969 he worked for Progressive Tool and<br />
Die as a machinist in West Boylston. Then he<br />
worked for L & J of New England as an<br />
OXFORD – William F. “Willow” Neault Jr.,<br />
74, died Thursday, July 5, 2012, at home, surrounded<br />
by his family.<br />
He leaves his wife of 56 years, Nancy A.<br />
(Utley) Neault of Oxford; two sons, William R.<br />
Neault of Brookfield and Francis W. Neault of<br />
Worcester; three daughters, Paula Ryan of<br />
Auburn, Sharon Leonard of Holden and<br />
Donna Ostrokolowicz of Webster; seven<br />
grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.<br />
He was predeceased by a daughter, Deborah<br />
“Tootie” Forsman of Holden, and by a brother,<br />
George E. Neault of Clinton.<br />
He was born in Winthrop, son of the late<br />
William F. Sr. and Alice A. (Sabourin) Neault<br />
and lived in Clinton before moving to Oxford<br />
48 years ago.<br />
He was a United States Air Force veteran.<br />

from in 1983.<br />
Richard (Cliff) enjoyed collecting coins.<br />
And he loved to sing but silently. He loved the<br />
big bands, jazz and Catholic music, especially<br />
Rock of Ages! He also enjoyed playing cards<br />
and going to bingo! He also enjoyed working<br />
outside in his yard.<br />
Every year him and Emily took their three<br />
grandchildren to the Cape for a family vacation.<br />
He continued the family vacations even<br />
after Emily passed away. He enjoyed traveling<br />
through the Eastern United States and the<br />
Provinces of Canada and Hawaii.<br />
Pepere really enjoyed the last couple of<br />
years of his life making new friends and<br />
going to a lot of activities and Regency<br />
Heights!<br />
His family would like to thank Regency and<br />
Matulaitis for taking excellent care of him!<br />
He also enjoyed going out with Cheryl and<br />
Michelle for rides, especially to Hanks for<br />
chowder and fritters!<br />
He also was the best Pepere any grandchild<br />
could ever ask for; just ask the bossy one<br />
“Michelle”!<br />
His funeral Mass was celebrated on<br />
Tuesday, July 10 in St. Joseph Basilica, 53<br />
Whitcomb St., Webster. Burial was in the St.<br />
Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery, Webster.<br />

He was a diesel mechanic for<br />
many years, most recently for<br />
the Town of Webster.<br />
He enjoyed life, model radio<br />
controlled airplanes and trains.<br />
He road motorcycle and enjoyed<br />
boating.<br />
There are no calling hours.<br />
His funeral will be held on Saturday, July 14,<br />
with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Saint Ann Church,<br />
652 Main St., Oxford. Please go directly to the<br />
church. Burial will be in North Cemetery at<br />
the convenience of the family.<br />
