Defence and National Development from 1 April 2002<br />
and 12 August 2004 respectively until 30 April 2005.<br />
He is currently Deputy Chairman of the JTC Corporation<br />
Board, and also serves as Chairman of the Public<br />
Accounts Committee and the Government Parliamentary<br />
Committee for Transport.<br />
Mr Loh has been the Chief Executive of SPRING<br />
Singapore since 15 October 2003. He is also Chairman<br />
of SPIB Holdings Pte Ltd, which is wholly-owned by<br />
SPRING Singapore.
