ELITE-Stauförderketten haben beidseitig außenliegende Laufrollen, die einerseits<br />
zur Kraftübertragung in die Verzahnung des Kettenrades eingreifen, <strong>and</strong>ererseits die<br />
Abstützung der Kette im Profil übernehmen. Ihre Besonderheit besteht darin, dass<br />
die Buchsen im Innenglied leicht überstehen <strong>und</strong> somit Kontaktkorrosion zwischen<br />
Innenglied <strong>und</strong> Außenlasche vermieden wird. Alle Ketten sind mit einem gut haftenden<br />
Spezialschmierstoff für Temperaturen von -5 °C bis 120 °C beh<strong>and</strong>elt.<br />
ELITE accumulation <strong>chains</strong> have have external <strong>roller</strong>s on both sides, which match<br />
with the teeth on the chain-wheel on one side, <strong>and</strong> on the other side to support the<br />
chain in the profile. One particular characteristic of ELITE accumulation <strong>roller</strong> <strong>chains</strong><br />
is that the bushes in the inner link st<strong>and</strong> slightly proud, preventing contact corrosion<br />
between the inner link <strong>and</strong> outer plate. All <strong>chains</strong> are treated with a special<br />
chain lubricant that adheres well within the tempreature range of -5 °C to 150 °C.
