herself not only in leadership, but in<br />

whistle and that loud, uncontrollable laughter<br />
loved by everyone—even the librarian. As a good<br />
friend to all and xvith a firm but gentle hand,<br />

In her two years at <strong>Mount</strong> <strong>Vernon</strong>, Blanche has<br />
distinguished herself as a leader who is well liked<br />
by both faculty and students. "Renaissance" can<br />
sometimes be heard exclaiming "Bullbutter " xvhen<br />
irritated, but alxvays manages to keep the situation<br />
in hand. Many things must be attributed to the<br />
charm of her personality, including her sarcastic<br />
but clever wit, her crooked smile, and, most of<br />
