The evening was<br />

fantastic, the work was<br />

hugely creative and the<br />

talent and the passion<br />

of the teams shone<br />

through. I thoroughly<br />

enjoyed myself!<br />

The team, led by Kristina Jones, took ideas from both the colour<br />

palettes of the seascapes but also the textures, replicating shell<br />

<strong>for</strong>mations. A stunning presentation.<br />

Members of the P.Kai Art Team made their debut with a salute to the<br />

redhead. Donna Tovey and Sophie Thackeray’s presentation<br />

showed varying shades of redhead models.<br />

From Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, came Strangeways, whose rockabilly<br />

runway was well executed with some intelligent cuts and styling.<br />

The evening continued with ClubStar’s ambassador, Jamie Stevens<br />

presenting the ClubStar Young Artistic Team. He spoke about how<br />

successful ClubStar is – aimed at 16-25 year olds at just £49 it gives<br />

the opportunity to be part of the very best <strong>British</strong> hairdressing<br />

events. The team was picked through a competition held at<br />

Alan d Academy and as the standard was so high 6 were selected<br />

<strong>for</strong> the ClubStar’s Young Artistic Team – Jack Spencer, Jonathan de<br />

Francesco, Samantha Lang<strong>for</strong>d and Matthew Evans with the two<br />
