Schedule of Conditions in relation to Appeal A<br />
1) The use permitted relates only to the storage and distribution of produce<br />
grown at Smallford Nurseries and within the control of Glinwell PLC.<br />
2) Within 3 months of the date of this decision, details of the materials and<br />
works necessary to make good the cold store following the removal of the<br />
bedsits shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local<br />
Planning Authority. Within 3 months of the approval of these details,<br />
these works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.<br />
3) Within 6 months of the date of this decision, the buildings identified in<br />
the planning application for demolition shall be demolished and all<br />
materials resulting from the demolition removed.<br />
