Your customers are becoming

after extended storage
times your product is still

customer standards. We
have decades of experience
in engineering and
producing HAVER
ROTO-PACKERS and
HAVER FFS automatic
filling machines. Now
we have combined these
two worlds. The result:
high speed filling of
powder products in PE
bags.
THE ADAMS
filled bag is:

Achieved by dust-free
filling, sealed filling
spouts and a suction unit
in the packer. Perfect cleanliness
is provided, all
the way from the filling
plant to the consumer!
Sealed shut:
The product is optimally
protected from moisture
by securely welded shut
PE bags!
This allows vastly
improved product storage
- also out in the open!
Compact:
High level of product
compaction assures optimized
use of storage and
freight hauling space,
and provides maximum
pallet stability. The integrated
corner welding of
the bags adds to the desired
and proven box
shape of the filled bags.
This leads to attractive
pallet stacking and
makes them ideal for
automated storage
systems.

HAVER MEC III weigher electronics
Using a large operating panel with
two weighers and a control display,
the operator has a full view
of all functions.
The advantages:
• comfortable, menu-guided dialog
system
• automatic operation of the entire
machine, with program input
from a single command position
• detection and removal of
operational errors using a
diagnostics program with plain
text instructions on a touch-panel
Availability and weight accuracy
during dosing and weighing are the
quality characteristics that distinguish
the HAVER electronic weighing
technology. The HAVER
developed MEC III weigher electronics
is also used in THE ADAMS
system. The material is weighed
before the filling process according
to the net weight principle, i.e.
before transfer to the rotating filling
machine.

The right solution for every need
THE ADAMS for high performance
When high performance is
required - then THE
ADAMS goes into operation.
It can handle up to
1200 bags per hour. THE
ADAMS may be delivered
as either a 6- or 8-spout
filling machine.
The HAVER FFS ALPHA for intermediate filling rates
For medium production
rates, the stationary FFS
ALPHA is the right choice.
This machine is equipped
with the proven ADAMS
components, thus allowing
the same filling results as
THE ADAMS itself.
Depending on the material
properties, the FFS ALPHA
achieves a filling rate of
180 to 500 bags per hour.
