Description of Services:<br />

The program is offered by appointment during business hours and addresses skills training, stress management, basic information on tobacco<br />

use and strategies for quitting, encouragement to talk about the quitting process, provides self-help materials, provides social support during<br />

program, aversive techniques, and traditional tobacco use. Services Offered: Individual face-to-face counseling, program initiates weekly<br />

telephone calls for client counseling, program responds to telephone calls for client counseling, referral to the <strong>Oklahoma</strong> Tobacco Helpline if<br />

needed. Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Language: English. Self-Help: Packets containing tobacco cessation information given<br />

to the patient on their initial visit. Pharmacotherapy/Medication: Chantix provided directly to patient at no cost. Childcare: None. Registration: In<br />

person by referral of a DWC healthcare provider
