Description of Services:<br />
The program is offered 3 or 4 times per year (afternoons) and addresses problem solving techniques, skills training, stress management, basic<br />
information on tobacco use and successful quitting strategies, encouragement to talk about the quitting process, use of self-help materials,<br />
relapse prevention, direct contact with a clinician for support, social support during program, social support outside of program, and traditional<br />
tobacco use. Services Offered: Individual face-to-face counseling, group counseling, self-help materials. Program initiates telephone calls for<br />
client counseling, program responds to telephone calls for client counseling. Language: English. Self-help: Brochures, materials from the Internet,<br />
occasionally audiotapes and/or videotapes. Pharmacotherapy/Medication: Nicotine patch, bupropion (Zyban). Cost: No fee. Childcare: No. ADA: Yes.<br />
