Core Physical Education (1 lesson per week)
P.E Extra-Curricular Activities
You will have one lesson of PE a week throughout years 10 & 11.
The PE department aims to give you a wide variety of sports and
activities over the two years. This will give you the opportunity
to improve your fitness, learn new skills and hopefully help you
to find an activity you really enjoy and will participate in on a
regular basis. You will learn about the benefits of regular
exercise, the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the ways in
which exercise can relieve stress during exam time!
Example activities: trampolining, badminton, rounders,
basketball, football, volley ball, bench ball & dodge ball, circuit
training, aerobics, yoga, continuous training & boxercise.
