Much of the progress described above forms the basis of
support already offered to partner agencies, or which we
intend to extend to them in the future. ‘Back office services’,
for example, have been provided to others for many years
(advice and/or supply of services for accounts, payroll,
personnel, site development and management, publishing
and ICT). More recently, the training we have created
and delivered through our own staff has been valued by
increasing numbers of other organisations from the statutory
as well as the Third Sector. General support in producing
policies, procedures, and the formation of new agencies
has taken place through our Development Agency work. We
now look forward to extending some of our website facilities
to others through a new joint website, and thus to improving
collaborative work still more. An important aspect of this,
we believe, will be devising a new quality assurance model
to enable small agencies to benefit from continuous support
in implementing their policies effectively and updating them
regularly.
on the success of our partnership work in the neighbourhood
and City-wide, and on the sound integrated working within
the Trust itself. Central and Community Services will do its
utmost to create the good communications, information
systems and support for good governance which fosters
success.

We hope very much to gain a viable lease on the former
Clifton Junior building to help us achieve the ambitions set
out in our Business and Development Plan. This will depend
