Since many 300 series operators
have no memory console experience
at all, these operators are often more
challenged than 500 series operators
and need more basic guidance.
Remember that 300 series consoles can
change mode so that they can become
preset desks as well as memory desks.
This can add a level of complexity that
is more than a new operator can tackle.
