Race Weekend 2012 Activities<br />
Second Annual <strong>Stratosphere</strong> Pole Day Friday March 9 will jump start weekend of events.<br />
February 28, 2012 – Las Vegas, Nev. – The <strong>Stratosphere</strong> <strong>Casino</strong>, <strong>Hotel</strong> & Tower will host an array of<br />
race-oriented weekend activities Friday, March 9 through Sunday, March 11. This marks the second year<br />
in a row that <strong>Stratosphere</strong> has sponsored Pole Day at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.<br />
<strong>Stratosphere</strong> ace | PLAY TM Club promotions were also announced today. Now through Thursday, March<br />
8, ace | PLAY members will receive a free ticket for <strong>Stratosphere</strong> Pole Day at Las Vegas Motor<br />
Speedway for only 50 base points earned (maximum of 4 free tickets to each member per day).<br />
On Friday, March 9 through Saturday, March 10, the SPEEDWAY OF CASH slot tournament will offer<br />
ace | PLAY members a chance to win cash <strong>and</strong> race memorabilia. The top 10 tournament winners each<br />
day will win cash: 1 st place $700, 2 nd <strong>and</strong> 3 rd place $500, 4 th <strong>and</strong> 5 th place $300, 6 th <strong>and</strong> 7 th place $200, <strong>and</strong><br />
8 th through 10 th place $100. Earn one entry for every 200 base points. ace | PLAY members get one free<br />

Sunday, March 11 th prior to the Kobalt 400 Sprint Cup Race.<br />
Country-Rock favorites, Desert Outlaws will play live in <strong>Stratosphere</strong>’s Images Lounge on Friday, March<br />
9 through Sunday, March 11 starting at 10pm, no cover.<br />
The Dale Earnhardt #1 Hall of Fame Camaro will be on display near Roxy’s Diner at <strong>Stratosphere</strong><br />
throughout these events.<br />
