If repair is attempted outside the factory, the warranty is considered void. CooperSurgical is not responsible for any injury resulting from repairs made by other individuals or organizations not certified by CooperSurgical, Inc. If a repair is needed, the equipment must be sanitized before it is returned to the factory and carefully packaged in a protective carton. The customer or the end user of the Electrosurgical Generator should ensure that it is used in such an environment.
