Some people just want to get as close as possible
to the perfect sound. With the Iridium 2-and
3-way systems we have showed that DLS are
capable of making the best possible component
kits for car use, and now, with the IRIDIUM subwoofers,
the series is complete.
We combined all our experiences from the
UR and SP-series subwoofers when we decided
to make the best possible subwoofers, and out
came the new Iridium subwoofers. These subs are
capable of playing very loud but still with a musical
and controlled bass that made the UR-series
famous worldwide.
The Iridium subwoofers have a strong and
robust lightweight paper cone with rubber surround.
The die cast aluminium basket, and the
specially designed grille has the same dark grey
shade as the rest of the series. Powerful dual
magnets with rubber cover. Ventilated dual 4
ohm voice coils with a high power handling capacity
up to 1 kilowatt. For both sealed and vented
enclosures. Available in 10”, 12” and 15” sizes as
Iridium 10i, Iridium 12i and Iridium 15.
