Adjustable lid holder<br />
A stepped catch on the side of the lid enables<br />
the lid to be tilted above the frypan, to help<br />
maintain temperatures. Both hands are then free<br />
for stirring, etc. When the lid is in position it<br />
acts as a splatter shield. The lid can<br />
rest on either of the sides without handles.<br />
