Connection of the alarm relay<br />

<strong>Sunways</strong> Solar Inverters are equipped as<br />

standard with an alarm relay with floating<br />

output. The relay is designed as a make<br />

contact and is activated in the case of all<br />

faults reported by the unit (not for Fault 6).<br />

This guarantees quick and reliable indication<br />

of possible faults in the PV system.<br />

In the case of PV systems with several<br />

<strong>solar</strong> <strong>inverters</strong>,the individual relays can<br />

be parallel-connected and connected via<br />

a joint signal light.<br />

· Connection<br />

Remove the housing of the <strong>solar</strong> inverter<br />

before connecting the status signal relay.<br />

Note chapter 2.1 «Safety information»!<br />

The necessary terminal block with the connections<br />

«S-» and «S+» is located on the<br />

board at the bottom right (X402). Note the<br />

following terminal configuration:<br />
