Upon
review of the Petition and the Court's file, the COURT FINDS:

(the deadline was March 10, 20! 0and the petition was filed June 22, 2010);

A motion for new trial was filed and heard pursuant to Texas Family Code
263.405(d), as opposed to what the petition claims;
An appeal was noticed and affinned, as opposed to what the petition claims; and

Due to thethree points mentioned above, the Petitioner has not. demonstrated a .
sufficient cause, and is therefore not entitled to a hearing on the petition for her
bill of review.
Therefore, it is the ORDER of thisCourt that the Petition for Bill of Review be DENIED.
