Printed paper is very sensitive; during folding, its<br />
surface may be damaged, the substrate may crack<br />
and the paper may tear. The quality and appearance<br />
of high-quality presentation material must not<br />
suffer during the print finishing process. If the<br />
paper is creased before it is folded, the final product<br />
retains its perfect look. The Rillnak 35 and Rillnak 52<br />
creasers gently crease your print products for a<br />
perfect folding result.<br />
The areas of application are manifold: Digitally printed<br />
office documents, copy shops, printing houses or bookbinderies<br />
– both Rillnaks are the perfect choice for short<br />
to medium creasing volumes.<br />
Either model can process all types of paper up to 300 gsm<br />
without any problems.<br />

n Thanks to the sturdy construction, creasing with the<br />
Rillnak is pleasantly smooth, and the indicator scale<br />
makes the devices very easy to use.<br />
Great versatility.<br />
n The two standard stops permit multiple creases, so you<br />
can process even highly customised orders. Additional<br />
stops can be installed at any time. The <strong>Nagel</strong> Rillnak 52<br />
is especially suitable for creasing prints of the 52 cm<br />
professional offset format, while the Rillnak 35 is perfect<br />
for digital prints up to the A3 oversize format.<br />
n The Rillnak creasers are everything you need to crease<br />
digital products printed with toner or ink, laminated and<br />
varnished products, thick paper and cardboard and<br />
short-grain material – for professional print finishing.<br />
