PROFILE SUMMARY Marija is a design architect with experience on a wide range of international projects. She completed her first master in Serbia,and worked in Slovenia and Brazil,after which she did her second master in Germany. After Europe and South America,she came to Middle East , participating in creation and forming of multidisciplinary international studio, Albaker Architects, which won Award for Best Middle East Boutique Office, only after 2 years of existence. She is especially interested in research about transitional spaces, and social relations between different groups of users, which culminated in her Master Thesis about new urban typology- builtscape which was awarded and supported by scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Her key attributes are combination of design,management and graphic design skills. Participant of various winning teams of international competitions.
