‘GIVE AWAY’ PAVILION ‘GIFT AWAY’ PAVILION<br />
Republic of Serbia approach strategy should be based on forming new<br />
image for the country that should start with more comprehensive representation<br />
at upcoming exhibitions. Considering this is the first presentation<br />
for Serbia, new image is necessary, one free from closure, violence<br />
and disputing that was presented in the media for too long. Serbia should<br />
offer idea that presents will to cooperate, to interact and communicate<br />
within all cultural systems without losing its identity.Here we point out the<br />
act of GIVING as an authentic quality of our culture and universal method<br />
of communication, which can assure that in aggressive, dynamic environment<br />
that markets technical progress,visitor can stop, rest, think, not to<br />
forget but to remember and preserve experience of his visit to pavilion.<br />
This interactivity in the opening process is represented with physical<br />
opening of the hermetic box, whose parts visitors take away so they also<br />
take part in the opening process, and in the same time they receive gifts<br />
– parts of the pavilion and parts of our culture authentic product.In the<br />
end of this exhibition process of visiting and giving pavilion disappears,<br />
dissolve and drowns into the surrounding environment, representing<br />
non-invasiveness and consideration for others.<br />
