I like listening to music, particularly Fratellis and I
enjoy reading James Patterson books
How do you prepare to go out and race: To prepare
I think about all of the hard training I have done prior to
the event, this gives me confidence, I also check through
my training log book, for all of the positives I have
achieved in training and I clear all doubts from my mind
Biggest disappointment: Coming 4th in my individual
race at the Commonwealth Games
Education: I graduated in 2006 from Loughborough
University with a degree in Sports Science and
Psychology.
Ultimate ambition: To get an Olympic medal
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Possibly
still swimming, if not then I think I’ll still be doing
something with a link to swimming, probably not
coaching though
