I think about all of the hard training I have done prior to<br />

the event, this gives me confidence, I also check through<br />

my training log book, for all of the positives I have<br />

achieved in training and I clear all doubts from my mind<br />

Biggest disappointment: Coming 4th in my individual<br />

race at the Commonwealth Games<br />

Education: I graduated in 2006 from Loughborough<br />

University with a degree in Sports Science and<br />

Psychology.<br />

Ultimate ambition: To get an Olympic medal<br />

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Possibly<br />

still swimming, if not then I think I’ll still be doing<br />

something with a link to swimming, probably not<br />

coaching though<br />
