Kyokushin karate is a multi-dimensional martial art, incorporating mental, physical and<br />
spiritual, elements. Kyokushin will teach you how to respect yourself and others, how to<br />
trust your abilities and knowledge, as well as how to defend yourself.<br />
For those who wish to learn a traditional martial art discipline or are just looking to stay<br />
