Submit your case to <strong>Glidewell</strong> Laboratories<br />
Following a complete diagnostic evaluation, submit your<br />
digital or conventional impression to <strong>Glidewell</strong> Laboratories,<br />
along with a Tooth Replacement Solution Rx denoting<br />
tooth number, shade, and the desired implant size.<br />
With this information, the lab will fabricate a prosthetic<br />
guide, which will help to guide the location and angulation<br />
of the implant during placement. To prepare the soft<br />
tissue for a natural emergence profile, technicians skilled<br />
in the use of CAD/CAM technology will design and mill<br />
a custom healing abutment, a custom temporary abutment,<br />
and a BioTemps ® provisional crown for sculpting<br />
gingival contours during the healing phase. A matching<br />
custom impression coping for communication of the final<br />
gingival architecture to the laboratory will also be included.<br />
Place implant and custom temporary components<br />
For the day of surgery, you will receive in a special case<br />
box the implant, surgical drills, and prosthetic drilling<br />
stent with which to place the implant. You may then immediately<br />
temporize with the custom temporary abutment<br />
and BioTemps provisional crown, or deliver the<br />
custom healing abutment.<br />
Send final impression to <strong>Glidewell</strong> Laboratories<br />
Upon successful completion of the healing phase, simply<br />
remove the custom temporary (or custom healing abutment)<br />
and place the custom impression coping to precisely<br />
capture the gingival architecture with the impression.<br />
INCLUSIVE TOOTH REPLACEMENT SOLUTION<br />
<strong>Glidewell</strong> Laboratories’ specialized CAD/CAM technicians<br />
will use your impression to design and mill an <strong>Inclusive</strong><br />
® Custom Abutment (titanium or zirconia) and<br />
BruxZir ® Solid Zirconia crown for final delivery.<br />

Deliver final restoration<br />
Seat the final <strong>Inclusive</strong> Custom Abutment and BruxZir<br />
Solid Zirconia crown. The precise nature of the digital<br />
design process should minimize the need for chairside<br />
adjustment. The patient is ready to enjoy a new smile!<br />
